1. Eligibility

12. Account Termination

45PHWin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving:

  • Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
  • Verified fraud, identity theft, or money laundering activity
  • Chargeback requests on valid deposits
  • Failure to pass identity verification within the required timeframe
  • Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Upon termination for breach, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not disputed will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to applicable checks.

13. Disputes
